I fell for this, just £40 in purchases. Realised my error, contacted my bank, cancelled credit card. The bank says they cannot do anything with regards to a refund unlessl (1) goods do not arrive for two weeks after the delivery date provided, or (2) faulty goods sent instead of authorised Seasalt items. Question – now had an email saying I need to give my name/password in order to get the tracking number (and check delivery date). If I do this, am I opening system up for continued scam? If I can’t access the tracking number I won’t know when the goods are due to arrive/when two weeks have elapsed.
At least buying on a credit card I am covered for my loss.
