- Check the formats of the image(s) in the story
- If it isn’t formatted as gifs, jpegs, jpgs, or pngs, kindly remove.
- Add an image that is formatted as gifs, jpegs, jpgs or png
- Save or update
If your story doesn’t contain any image, then you should do the following;
- Make sure you’re not editing your Wattpad story in multiple devices
- Use google docs to save your story, in case it gets deleted
- Toggle your wi-fi/data connection off and on again, or try connecting to another wi-fi network.
- Try logging out and back into your Wattpad account, making sure to completely close the app.
- Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
